Visit Tremezzo - Lake Como
The coast strip from Lenno to Griante is known as Tremezzina. The town stretches from the shores of the lake to the dominating hills above. For this reason, it seems to have two souls: one coastal and the other hilly, both of great beauty and charm.
What to do, to visit and to see in Tremezzo
Greenway of Tremezzo
The municipality of Tremezzina begins at Villa Carlotta, in the hamlet of Tremezzo.
As you walk southward along the Greenway, keep the lake on your left and be ready to enter the most luxurious and touristic heart of the entire Lake Como area.
Welcoming you is an authentic icon of Art Nuoveau, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. If you want to truly experience the magic glamour of the Belle Époque you can stay or simply dine here, wallet permitting.

Route of the Larian motorboat
From Bonzanigo, going down the Greenway, you find yourself here (45.97627746506232, 9.199403566361225) on the highway Statale Regina. Head back toward Cadenabbia, keeping the lake on the right, you will encounter the historic shipyard Cadenazzi. This was very famous in the 1970s, when Aldo Cadenazzi used to build elegant runabouts loved above all by Germans and Belgians. The story, however, is much older: Aldo’s grandfather, in fact, had already started the shipyard in the early 1900s, specializing himself in the construction of very elegant English rowboats.
