The most beautiful sunsets on Lake Como

The village of Bellano offers one of the most beautiful sunsets on Lake Como. The village is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como and the sun sets on the opposite shore. The sunset is amazing seen from the lakeside, but it could be even more spectacular if you go up to one of the villages above Bellano, or to nearby Perledo, or directly from Vezio Castle. Here you can also visit the Church of S. Maria, inside which you can admire stuccos and frescoes from the late 16th century, and the famous Orrido di Bellano with its Ca del Diavol. Let's not forget that the town also offers beautiful beaches and a well-equipped lido, but a sunset in Bellano is something not to be missed, perhaps while enjoying an aperitif or dinner in one of the local lakeside restaurants.
