Carcable to Pigra
The carcable to Pigra is located in Argegno and it offers a magnificent viewpoint over the lake.
Built in 1971, it allows passengers to reach one of the most beautiful panoramic terraces on Lake Como in just 4 minutes and by overcoming a 648-meter drop.
Two 12-passenger cabins move along a route with gradients between 71 percent and 95 percent, making it the steepest cable car in Italy.
Also important is its public transportation function for students and local workers.
